Lily learned about pottery while growing up in Proctorsville, Vermont.  She attended UVM, where she took and then taught classes through their pottery co-op.  Lily’s pottery is wheel-thrown with a low fire clay, which is food and dishwasher safe.  The low-fire clay allows her to hand paint bright, colorful illustrations on her wares.
