Wintry Landscape Pastel Painting Workshop

Whether just after a snow storm when the sun comes out or during a snow squall, pastel can capture exhilarating atmospheric effects! Discover the nuanced and subtle hues as well as the surprise of brilliant color that is the privilege of painting the winter landscape. Learn ways to soften edges and to create neutrals with a color temperature bias that supports the weather and atmospheric conditions you are painting. Bring pastels, paper, photo or sketch references. All levels are welcome.
