Coco's imagination is sparked by the beauty and the color of her surroundings.
Coco's creative process begins when the blank canvas or illustration board lies before her and the characters, images, and patterns form a composition in her mind. Coco started on her creative journey with a degree in Surface Pattern Design after a combination of artistic training at Parsons School of Design and Syracuse University. After working 3 years as an art director and artist at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City, Missouri, Coco decided to start her own design/licensing company. She is now in her 17th year of business and works with manufacturing companies all over the USA.
