OPEN STUDIO RENTAL
The Manchester Pottery Studio is available for scheduled open studio hours on a dailyor weekly basis and for extended sessions of eight weeks or more. This open studio is for adults and potters who must be able to work independently. Instruction is not available during open studio time. The eight week and extended open studio feesinclude one 25# bag of clay glaze and firing fees. Clay is not included in the fees for drop in potters paying the weekly rate. Clay may be purchased at $15 per 25# of clay. Additional firing fees may be assessed for “productive” students. Course #e-fo6-08

Tuesdays 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Thursdays 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Friday 9:30am-12:30pm
Sundays 1:00 - 4:00 pm

PRIVATE LESSONS - ALL AGES
Are you too busy to join us for a scheduled class? Maybe you prefer learning one to one with an instructor, whatever your needs are we are here to fill them. Private lessons are a super way to let your creative juices flow. Perfect for a small group of friends and families.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

CLAY PARTY - Ages 4 to 14
Join us at Frog Hollow for your child's next birthday party and have a blast while we supply the entertainment. A clay class with instruction and a finished and fired glazed piece is a cool and memorable way to celebrate.

TADPOLE PARTY - Ages 1 to 3
For our littlest party animals, an open studio multi-media party complete with a take home project for your kids to enjoy! (Parents of all tadpoles must be present for the tadpole party.) We have space for decorations and food that you provide. All materials are included in the cost.

CUSTOM DESIGNED LESSONS FOR GROUPS #E-F06-10
Let our experienced artists custom design lessons or workshops to fit your needs. Perfect for a group of friends, a family or your business or organization as part of a conference or retreat. We can tailor the class to a particular theme, design it with an eye toward team building efforts/projects or anyway that will suit your group’s particular interests.

Frog Hollow is a non profit organization and tuition pays for only a fraction of the cost of our classes. Click here make a tax-deductible contribution or call our gallery at 802-362-3321.

Some scholarship assistance is available and is need-based.It is distributed on a need basis and must be applied for two weeks prior to start of the classes. For more information please call 362-3321.

Frog Hollow Policies

Please review our policies before signing up for a class. As a small nonprofit with a group of dedicated and talented instructors that rely on us to pay them in a timely manner for all of their hard work, we request the following:

  • Please register as early as possible so we can plan appropriately and avoid last minute cancellations. Class size is limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  • All classes must be paid for at the time of registration by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or by check. Payments by check must be received within 48 hours of registration, other-wise registration space will no longer be reserved for enrollee. We will re-register, space permitting, once the check is received.
  • Frog Hollow reserves the right to cancel any class in which the minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, a full refund will be given or a credit can be held towards the enrollment in another class.
  • Should the class be cancelled by Frog Hollow due to unforeseen circumstances or oversubscribed, the enrollees will receive a full refund of their tuition.
  • If the enrollee needs to cancel his registration and withdraw from a class, Frog Hollow must be notified seven (7) days prior to the start of the class, in order to receive a full refund.
  • Frog Hollow does not confirm registration. Frog Hollow will notify enrollees if classes are cancelled for any reason, seven (7) days prior to the start of the class.
  • We love to take pictures. If you DO NOT care to have yourself or your child photographed, please notify Frog Hollow in writing prior to the start of the class.
  • Students should dress in comfortable clothes that CAN GET DIRTY. Before the start of children's classes, remember to fill in the Emergency information packet and release form.
